The tomatoes, harvested in the months of July, August and September, are processed to preserve their flavours, aromas and nutritional properties. After washing and selection, the tomatoes are peeled, cut into cubes and taken to the next stage: after adding tomato concentrate, the product is brought to high temperatures, bottled and pasteurized to ensure its stability over time.

Alce Nero organic tomato pulp is prepared without additives or added salt.
